Not a standard job advert — just a different way to work.
Fewer people.
More room.A small structure, straightforward relationships. You know who you work with and why.
Quality over quantity.Small groups, private lessons and genuine follow-up: we'd rather teach a lesson a guest remembers than fill a day just for the sake of filling it.
You're still an instructor.
Not a number.Autonomy, trust and teamwork. We're looking for reliable personalities, not clones.

Before you get in touch

Three questions.
Three answers.

Can I work only during school holidays?

Yes. We naturally need more instructors during the busiest periods: Christmas, New Year, February, selected weekends and sometimes spring. Just tell us when you're available.

Do you take trainees?

Yes. The idea is for a trainee to be genuinely part of the team: on-snow advice, teaching feedback and support from experienced instructors.

I'm based outside France. Can I still contact you?

Yes, provided you hold the French professional authorisation required to teach. Foreign languages are a real asset with our guests.
