01 / A BIG DAY OUT

This isn’t a sightseeing tour.
It’s a full day of skiing.

The Via Lattea is one of those ski areas where you genuinely feel like you’re travelling on skis. The valley changes, the light changes, the atmosphere changes… and even the country changes.

The ski area links Montgenèvre with Clavière, Cesana, Sansicario, Sestriere, Sauze d’Oulx and Pragelato. In one day, there’s no point trying to do everything. We pick the best of it.

02 / WHY GO WITH AN INSTRUCTOR?

Because across 400 km,
knowing where to go changes everything.

The right snow, at the right time.

08 / QUESTIONS

Before you book.

Straight answers to the questions we’re asked most often.

What level do I need for a Via Lattea ski day?

You should be comfortable on red runs and able to ski some black sections. For stronger skiers, the route can be considerably more demanding.

Is the Via Lattea lift pass included?

No. You need a lift pass that covers the sectors planned for the day. We’ll tell you which pass to choose before you go.

Do we always go as far as Sestriere?

Not necessarily. The route depends on your level, lift openings, the weather and snow conditions. The aim is to have the best ski day possible, not to tick off resorts.

Can skiers and snowboarders be in the same group?

Yes, provided the levels are similar and everyone can keep up with a full day on the mountain.

Where do we meet?

The day starts in Montgenèvre. The exact meeting point is confirmed with your booking.

A DAY TO REMEMBER
