International Ski School APEAK Montgenèvre is hiring ski & snowboard instructors
Qualified instructors, trainees and aspiring instructors: our small and close-knit team is looking for new talent to strengthen the ski school throughout the winter season, school holidays and weekends.

Profiles we are looking for: qualified instructors with a professional card & trainees
State-certified instructors
You are a BE / BEES alpine ski, snowboard or related discipline instructor and you’d like to work in a small structure where your work is genuinely recognised? You’re in the right place.
- Teaching group lessons in small groups (children, teenagers, adults).
- Private lessons, personalised coaching and off-piste guiding depending on your profile.
- Possibility to build a loyal clientele from your very first season.
- We value instructors who are autonomous, smiling and comfortable with both French and international guests.
Trainee & aspiring instructors
In training to become an instructor? We welcome motivated trainees with a real desire to learn the job alongside experienced professionals.
- Support and mentoring from a seasoned, friendly and available team.
- Regular on-snow feedback to help you improve both your teaching and technical level.
- Possibility to work with different audiences (children, teenagers, adults).
What we particularly appreciate
- Excellent technical level in skiing and/or snowboarding.
- A strong sense of customer service and communication.
- The ability to work as a team, share information and keep smiling even when the weather turns a bit moody.
- Fluency in several languages (FR required, EN and/or IT highly appreciated, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese).
Whether you come from France, Italy, ..., we consider applications from instructors as long as you hold a valid French professional instructor card.

Montgenèvre, at 1,860 m, offers excellent snow conditions and direct access to the Via Lattea (French–Italian ski area). It’s the perfect playground to teach, progress and truly enjoy your season.
- Long opening: several months of skiing, from late November to the end of April.
- A huge beginner-friendly snow front, perfect for teaching first turns.
- Village atmosphere: everything is within walking distance – slopes, shops, accommodation.

Practical conditions & organisation
- Period: full season, school holidays, weekends and reinforcements depending on your profile.
- Disciplines: alpine skiing, snowboarding, and possibly other disciplines depending on your qualification.
- Guests: children, teenagers, adults; from complete beginners to expert level.
- Location: Montgenèvre, Via Lattea ski area, on the French–Italian border.
- Pay: between €50 and €55 gross per hour, depending on qualification, experience and languages spoken.

Frequently asked questions about recruitment
Do you accept applications from instructors from all over the world?
Yes, we receive applications from instructors coming from many different countries. What matters to us is: having a valid French professional instructor card and a genuine desire to be part of the team.
Can I apply only for school holiday periods?
Yes, we have increased demand during Christmas / New Year, February holidays and sometimes spring holidays, as well as weekends. Just clearly indicate your exact availability in your application.
Do you offer specific support for trainees?
Yes, we want trainees to be truly integrated. You’ll benefit from advice from experienced instructors, debriefs after lessons and follow-up throughout your training season.
