What level do I need for off-piste in Montgenèvre?
It depends on the format. Adult and teen freeride courses require you to be comfortable on black runs. A private outing gives more scope to adapt the terrain and progression.
Are the beacon, shovel and probe provided?
Yes. The avalanche safety equipment is provided, with practical explanations adapted to the outing.
Can I freeride on a snowboard?
Yes. Adult courses, teen freeride and private outings are open to snowboarders whose level suits the chosen format.
