Frequently asked questions

How many people can join a private lesson?

Depending on the time slot, you can book a one-to-one lesson or share it with a small group (family / friends) with a similar level. The more similar the level, the faster everyone will progress.

Do I need to know how to ski before booking?

No, complete beginners are very welcome. Your instructor will choose gentle terrain for your first slides and explain each step clearly.

Are lessons refundable?

No, lessons are not refundable. We strongly recommend taking out insurance that covers winter sports (injury, illness, travel delays, etc.).

Are equipment and lift pass included?

The lesson price includes the instructor’s tuition only. Equipment (ski or snowboard, helmet, etc.) and lift passes remain at your expense.

In which languages are the lessons available?

Lessons can be taught in French, English, Italian, Spanish and Dutch depending on instructor availability. Please indicate your preferred language when you send your booking request.
